Plum liqueur 70cl
The juice of fully ripe and pitted plums, a little sugar, alcohol and a dash of Slibowitz are used to make this tasty and unusual liqueur. It is best drunk pure or "on the rocks", but also goes very well on various desserts as a refinement of the taste or in a fruit punch on hot summer days.
