The wine has a ruby color with garnet reflections. The aroma is beautifully fruity, reminiscent of a plum compote with light notes of tobacco and wood. On the palate it has a soft attack followed by complex aromatics. A dense body with nice integrated tannins provides a long finish. This delicate and exceptional wine is suitable for various roasts, grilled meats, ragout, risotto and mature cheeses and has an alcohol content of 15.0% vol.
