Limoncello Liqueur

This wonderfully fruity limoncello liqueur will inspire you. Made from the Sorrento lemon, which is particularly rich in lemon oil and therefore releases its great aromas especially well into the alcohol. The yellow peel is used in the production of the lemon liqueur and soaked in 95% alcohol. The lemon oil is released from the alcohol and gives it a rich yellow colour. The alcohol is then mixed with simple syrup. Ice cold enjoyed a wonderful refreshment on warm summer days.
