Ripasso della Valpolicella DOC in wooden case

In Italy this wine is called "Ripasso". It is a selected, high-quality Valpolicella, which is fermented a second time on the mash of a just pressed Amarone. From the top wine Amarone it gets its strength and special spice. This red wine is packed in an elegant wooden case. A great gift for all lovers of Italian wine.

The wine has a ruby red color with garnet highlights and has a powerful nose of plums and dried fruit with a slight hint of pepper. On the palate it is then nicely aromatic and harmonious with a nice fullness and smoothness. You can also taste the dried fruit aromas. Suitable for this exceptional wine are various pasta dishes, red meat, game or hard cheese. The wine has an alcohol content of 13.5% Vol.
